Responsible Tourism
ECOLAND, since its opening as a rural tourism accommodation, has assumed, as its name indicates, a responsible tourism policy as a determining factor for the quality and efficiency of the services it provides, as well as the assumption of the social and environmental responsibility that belongs to it as a actor in the promotion of sustainable tourism.
In this way, we assume compliance with the requirements that are part of the reference Biosphere Responsible Tourism, adopting this policy:
· Comply with the legal requirements applicable to your activity, namely the RNET number 72 for the country house activity and the RNAAT number 465/2021 for the electric bicycle rental activitys
· Motivate and train the team with internal and external training actions and awareness of the principles of responsible tourism, as well as promoting good environmental practices;
· Put into practice a sustainable management of both activities, through commitments aimed at preventing pollution, eliminating or reducing the environmental impacts induced by its facilities and activities;
· Optimize the sustainability of the establishment, ensuring continuous improvement (social, economic and environmental), as well as customer satisfaction;
· Reinforce integration with the local community as well as the involvement of all its customers in environmental and sustainability practices.
ECOLAND, by implementing the basis of this policy, guarantees to establish and fulfill its commitment to Responsible Tourism.
